Orders & Refund Policy

1. Order placed:

Once your order has been placed, we will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order and email you again to confirm dispatch and therefore acceptance of the order.

2. Order dispatch:

All purchases are shipped from our warehouse in Gurgaon by reputed courier agencies. Please allow us 2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) from the receipt of your order to dispatch the order.

3. Shipping charges:

4. Cash On Delivery:

  • An order confirmation email will be sent to you. Your COD order request will only be accepted once you have confirmed your order over email or through the phone
  • Rs 150 will be charged for all Cash on Delivery Orders

5. Order cancellation after order dispatch:

For orders that are canceled after dispatch and while in transit, or rejected Rs.100 shipping costs will be charged.

6. Delivery guideline:

Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. If you cannot be there to sign for your delivery please suggest an alternative i.e. a family member, colleague, neighbour, etc.
The Unplugged takes no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person.

7. Damage policy:

All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery. Send us an email & a picture of the same. The Unplugged reserves the right to investigate any claims. We will not be able to accept any return/ refund request after two days of receipt of the product by you.
The Unplugged is not responsible for damage after delivery.

8. Returns:

Products once opened cannot be returned. However, in case of damage to the product at our end, we shall be happy to replace the product, excluding shipping costs. The goods should be unopened, unused, and in a perfect, re-saleable condition.
We pack our goods very carefully but advise you to check your parcel as soon as possible upon receipt. In the unlikely event that products get damaged in transit, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery. The Unplugged reserves the right to investigate any claims. We will not be able to accept any return/ refund request after two days of receipt of the product by you. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Terms for return of products:

  • We do not accept returns of the products once sold. However, in the cases where a damaged product or a wrong product has been shipped, we will replace the product.
  • The product must be unused and unopened.
  • The product must be unopened in its original packaging along with all the inserts, poly bag and the order manifest (the address with barcode).
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Return/exchange not accepted other than the cases stated above.

9. Late or missing refunds:

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Refunds can take 2-4 weeks.
  • Then contact your credit card/ debit card company or bank account whichever may be the payment method utilised at the time of purchase, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
